History: Piper Halliwell was born to Patty Halliwell and Victor Bennet on August 7 1973. She has three children Wyatt, Chris, and Melinda Halliwell. Piper was born with powers that where mainly connected to her emotions and struggles. She fell in love with a whitelighter Leo Wyatt who she soon married and had her children with. Piper has always been the sister to mediate between her others. Kepping them from killing each other half the time. Although she looks out for everyone she sometimes forgets her feelings.
