Background: Melinda Prudence Halliwell was born September 11th, 2002, five years ago in San Francisco Memorial Hospital to Piper and Leo. She's overall a happy girl who likes to get her way and if she doesn't get gets upset and sad and gets cranky, but it passes if her mind gets led onto something else. She loves her family very much and is very clingy to her parents especially Piper, but also her older brothers. She doesn't like when demons attack, but knows she has got powers and will use them if she is told to, sometimes for Personal Gain. She likes to play 'orb and seek' with whoever is around.
